Well, two months have come and gone and a lot has happened. I don't even know where to start so I guess that I will just start at the beginning (this could be a long post - but mostly pictures)!

At the very beginning of July my parents came home from their mission. It was a day that we were looking very much forward to and that Ady was especially excited for.

We had been counting down the days for the last few weeks and Ady was very excited when she got to tear the last ring off of our chain!

The nice thing about the St. George airport is that you can actually watch as people get off of the airplane. We got to the airport early just to make sure that we didn't miss their plane coming in (it happened to Ben's family when his brother came home from his mission - Ben and I were the only ones there and he looked rather disappointed).

Leading up to the time my parents got home Ben and I were busy trying to get things done at my parents house. We lived there for the 18 months during their mission. My parents had decided to get their pool redone so we were getting that organized and then decided to add something to the project. We decided to build a little gazebo at the edge of the pool. It turned our really nice but we worked right up until the last minute.

Ben's dad and brother came down to help us pour the concrete and put the finishing touches on the project the day before my parents got home!

Ady found her a nice swimming pool and had fun laying out in the wheel barrow! If you haven't ever tried it you really should. When Emma woke up from her nap we stuck her in also and they had a great time!

Ady also got to play with the rabbits. For some reason she thought that it would be easier to get inside the cage. Once she was in there she realized that it wasn't as much fun as she thought that it was going to be!

We went to Pine Valley a couple days before my parents got home to decorate a little bit. Ady decided that the ribbons looked better on her than they did on the cabin!

We spent the weekend after my parents got home in Pine Valley. It was fun to have everybody together again for a few days.

The next weekend we headed up to Bryce Canyon with Ben's family to do a 1/2 marathon. 5 people in Ben's family ran in the race. We camped over one night and then the race was early the next morning.
The course went right in front of our campsite so we just got up and watched everybody run by and then loaded the kids in the car to go to the finish line.

After the race we went into Bryce Canyon. This is most of the Neumann family doing the Wall Street hike. It was really hot and I had flip flops and no water and was packing Emma - not a good combination. It wasn't really long but it was pretty steep!

On July 24 we went to Enterprise to run a 10k and 5k. Above are all the members of the Neumann family who ran the race (notice all of the medals). 7 ran the 10k and 6 of us ran the 5k. It was fun a lot of fun and was probably the best race that I have ever run (that isn't saying a whole lot)!
We spent the rest of the day in Enterprise watching the parade and running in the races. This is Ady and Abby - they always have so much fun when they get to be together. They are like two little twins!
The day after the race we did a hike in Pine Valley. We just went part of the way up the Forsyth trail to our favorite little meadow.

The next weekend was our Theobald family reunion. It was held in Kolob at my cousin's cabin. It was a lot of fun. On Saturday we went on an awesome 4-wheeler ride from Kolob to the top of Cedar Mountain. This is the whole group that was there. We had a trail of at least 20 4-wheelers.
As you can see we stayed nice and clean on the ride! I was laughing at how dirty everybody else was and didn't realize that I looked even worse!
Ady and Emma had a great time too. We stopped for lunch and on the way back Emma fell asleep and slept the rest of the way.

That night we had 3 nephews get baptized - 2 on my side of the family and 1 on Ben's side! Luckily they were a little bit spaced out so that we could make it to all of them.


July was a very busy month but lots of fun. We even had time during the course of the month to find some time to bathe our kids! The days that we weren't out playing we spent swimming in grandma and grandpa's pool. We swam almost everyday that we were in St. George and we all had nice tan lines!
