Family Reunion

 For Ben's family reunion this year we headed up to Payson.  We stayed at a hotel and the kids went swimming lots! Ben had a cousin getting married so it all got combined together.  The reception was up in the canyon and was so beautiful.  We had fun just hanging out.

We had all of the grandkids line up on a log from oldest to youngest (except the babies that had to be held).  That is quite a crew!

 At the hotel later that night we played some fun games and the kids got to go swimming again.  Sadie and Stockton were so tired that we put them to bed early. They are always silliest right before bed and at the hotel it was no different.

They loved playing in the night stand and would take turns going back and forth.

Ady and Emma wanted to sleep with their cousins so it was just the babies and Ben & I in our room.  It was still crowded considering the two cribs that we had to have!

The next day we went to church and then headed over to a park for a picnic lunch.

We had a really fun weekend and the kids had a great time playing with all of their cousins.  It started a busy couple of weeks for us with lots of trips and lots of fun.  A couple of days after we got back from Payson I had to head up to Heber City for a conference for work.  I stayed with a cousin and had a great time catching up with her.  One of the nights I met all of my roommates from my first year at Utah State for dinner.  It was SO much fun to catch up with everybody.  It has been way too long.  We figured that between the 7 of us we have 30 kids...most of which are boys.  Life changes fast!  It was 14 years ago that we all moved in together and we made some great memories. 

It was so fun and we all stayed out much later than we had anticipated but it was worth the lack of sleep.  Not that long ago we would do it all the time...I must be getting old!
