Viewing & Funeral

Sadie and Stockton kept asking to see "Papa" at the viewing.  Sadie especially didn't want to leave the side of the casket.
Hanging out with all the little kids.
Sadie trying on the kids shoes.  This girls is OBSESSED with shoes!
Grandma Hunt did amazing during the viewing.  She was actually back to her old self that we haven't seen in a couple of years.

Some of Grandpa Hunts paintings that he began doing a little later in life.
A few of his afghans.  He was a very talented man.
What?! Sadie hanging out with Uncle Steve...she must be tired!
The next morning was the funeral and it was great.  All of the Grandkids (and in laws) and great Grandkids sang "A Child's Prayer".  There were a lot of us up there.  Ady hadn't seemed to realize what was going on until the family prayer before the funeral and then she couldn't seem to stop crying.  Emma looked at me and said "mom, why is Ady crying?" (I don't think Emma had a clue what was going on). When we were singing Ady started bawling on the stand.  I held her but then of course I couldn't stop crying either.
Ben was one of the Pall Bearers.
A few of the kids waiting at the cemetery.

Ben and his brothers.
Ben with his Brothers and Sisters
The Hunt family (Ben's mom with her brothers and sisters)
Most of the Neumann Grandkids.
All of the grandsons got one of Grandpa Hunts ties.  This is the youngest of the grandsons and he looked so cute in his big tie.

Sadie kept pointing and saying "Papa".  I think she was a little confused.

The girls each picked a couple of flowers to bring home with them.
It was a great day for a funeral.  The weather was beautiful and it was a nice day to Honor a great man.
